At Mathur Agro Harvest Private Limited (MAH), we aim to deliver your favorite spices and food products quickly, safely, and affordably. This policy outlines the shipping timelines, delivery methods, and charges that apply when you shop on mahbharat.com.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at this time.

If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and cancel the order with a full refund.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

5. Courier Partners

We have partnered with reputed logistics providers such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Bluedart

  • Xpressbees

  • India Post (for remote regions)

All shipments are trackable, and tracking details are shared via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking ID and courier name.

  • You can also track your order status from the “My Orders” section on our website (if registered) or by contacting support.


7. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be delays due to:

  • Natural calamities (rain, flood, etc.)

  • Local restrictions or lockdowns

  • Courier strikes or operational issues

  • Incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided by customer

In such cases, we will keep you updated and work to resolve the issue promptly.


8. Order Packaging

  • All products are securely packed in sealed, food-grade, tamper-proof pouches or containers.

  • For courier shipping, products are placed inside protective boxes or envelopes to prevent damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or opened, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at support@mahbharat.com.


9. Delivery Attempt & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the product may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, reshipping charges may apply, or a partial refund will be initiated after deducting logistics fees.
