  • Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
 

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers are required to share clear photos/videos as proof.
  • After verification, we may provide a replacement only (no refund).
